Block 64 Adds Intune, Jamf, Nutanix, Freshdesk and BambooHR to Its SaaS Management Platform

Block 64 has added four new integrations (Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, Freshdesk and BambooHR) and Nutanix AHV discovery to its end-to-end IT management platform. Phones, Macs, Nutanix hosts, help desk seats and HR platform usage now land in the same inventory as the rest of your SaaS, cloud, hardware and software.

That brings Block 64 to 20 SaaS integrations, alongside on-premise discovery that now covers Nutanix as well as VMware. For mid-market IT teams heading into 2027 budgets, it means fewer consoles to check and fewer gaps in the numbers you bring to a renewal.

In this article, we cover what each new feature adds, the full list of all integrations with setup guides, and how to get connected without doing the work yourself.

What a SaaS management platform should actually see

A SaaS management platform discovers the applications an organization uses, shows who uses them and how often, and ties that usage to cost so IT can cut waste and reduce risk.

The catch: SaaS never lives alone. It runs on phones and laptops, signs in through an identity provider, and shares a budget with cloud and on-premise software.

That's why Block 64 treats SaaS management as one part of a single discovery and analysis platform for cloud, SaaS, licensing and security risk. Every integration adds another source to the same inventory, normalized in our Product Library, so a product shows up once no matter where it was found.

What's new in Block 64: four integrations and Nutanix discovery

‍

Microsoft Intune: mobile and BYOD devices

Mobile and BYOD devices are often the biggest blind spot in an IT inventory. Typically, agent and appliance scans can't reach them.

The Block 64 Intune integration connects through your existing Intune deployment and collects critical insights on your Windows, macOS, iOS and Android devices. Each record carries serial, model, OS version, memory, storage, assigned user and enrollment date, plus installed software with versions and publishers. Everything is then standardized and deduplicated.

Jamf Pro: your Apple fleet, in the same view as everything else

Mac and iPhone fleets managed in Jamf can now be seamlessly integrated into your Block 64 insights and reporting.

Once connected with read-only API access, a "Jamf Pro Devices" site appears in Block 64 with every managed computer and mobile device, installed software and versions, disk capacity and usage, SSL certificate expiry and hardware warranty coverage.

It's now easier than ever to catch that expiring certificate before it causes an outage, or plan the next Mac hardware refresh off real warranty dates. Learn more: Jamf Pro setup guide

Nutanix AHV: the rest of your virtualization estate

Mixed-hypervisor environments are now common, especially as teams rethink their VMware footprint. That's why Block 64 now directly integrates with Nutanix AHV alongside VMware and our native Hyper-V discovery.

When running on-premise discovery, you can now enter your Prism credentials to start collecting VMs, hosts, cluster usage, Nutanix licensing and DR status.

Nutanix and VMware estates report together, which gives you one basis for licensing compliance, renewals, consolidation or a cloud migration plan. No new tools. It runs on the discovery you already have.

Freshdesk: help desk seats and Freddy AI add-ons

Help desk seats are easy to add and rarely removed. The Freshdesk integration shows exactly which ones to reclaim at renewal.

Block 64 reads the agent roster, seat assignments and activity, detects your plan (Growth, Pro, Enterprise or Omni) and turns it into estimated licensing cost and recoverable spend from unused or underused seats. It also shows which agents hold Freddy AI Copilot and Agent add-ons, and how widely they're adopted.

Tickets, customer contacts and conversations are never collected or stored. The integration needs Freshdesk Growth or higher, since the free plan has no API access. Freshdesk setup guide

BambooHR: who actually uses your HR platform

HR platforms touch every employee, so the data they collect is critical to IT operations.

The BambooHR integration brings user activity trends, adoption metrics and inactive accounts into view, right beside the rest of your SaaS portfolio.

Now, IT and HR walk into the renewal with the same evidence, and compliance gets a simpler answer to "who has access?" BambooHR setup guide

Every Block 64 integration and discovery source, on one platform

Here's everything that feeds Block 64: 20 SaaS integrations, three SSO log sources, two cloud integrations and on-premise discovery, grouped by what you need to see. The last column shows how each source connects, from agentless discovery on your network to read-only API integrations with your SaaS apps.

Get it all connected with a Block 64 Rapid Assessment

An integration only pays off once it's connected and the data is cleaned up. That's the part most IT teams don't have time for.

With a Block 64 Rapid Assessment, our team handles deployment and connections. Your job is approving access.

In 30 days you get a defensible plan to cut IT waste and risk across SaaS, cloud and software. A 12-month Block 64 platform subscription is included, so every integration keeps reporting long after the assessment ends.

And because we don't resell licenses, the plan points to what you can cut, not what you should buy next.

Frequently asked questions

What is a SaaS management platform?

A SaaS management platform discovers the SaaS applications an organization uses, tracks who uses them and how often, and connects that usage to licenses and cost. Block 64 does this as part of one platform that also covers cloud, devices, on-premise software and licensing risk.

Does Block 64 integrate with Microsoft Intune?

Yes. Block 64 connects to Intune through the Microsoft Graph API with one read-only permission. It collects Windows, macOS, iOS and Android devices and their installed software into an "Intune Devices" site, deduplicated against your other inventory sources.

Does Block 64 work with Jamf Pro?

Yes. With a read-only Jamf Pro API client, Block 64 collects managed computers and mobile devices, installed software, disk usage, SSL certificate expiry and warranty coverage.

Can Block 64 discover Nutanix AHV environments?

Yes. Enter your Nutanix Prism credentials in the Block 64 Discovery Application or Discovery Appliance to collect VMs, hosts, cluster usage, licensing and DR status. Nutanix and VMware/ESX data report together.

Do the Freshdesk and BambooHR integrations read tickets or employee records?

No. The Freshdesk integration collects agent seats, activity, plan and Freddy AI add-ons, never tickets, customer contacts or conversations. The BambooHR integration collects usage and adoption data for SaaS reporting.

How many integrations does Block 64 have?

Block 64 has 20 SaaS integrations, including Microsoft 365, Intune and Jamf Pro. On top of those, SSO log integrations with Entra ID, Google and Okta find unsanctioned apps, cloud integrations cover Azure and AWS, and agentless discovery and the Remote Discovery Agent cover servers, endpoints and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V and Nutanix AHV). The full list with setup guides is above.
